Practical information and conditions
- Telephone hours: Monday–Friday 09:00–11:00. Telephone service is closed on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
- Drop-off and pick-up by appointment only: Monday–Friday 09:00–11:00 and at 18:00; Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays at 10:00 and 18:00.
- High season: 23 December–3 January; Friday before Palm Sunday through the third day of Easter; Friday before Pentecost Eve through the third day of Pentecost; 1 June–25 August. The calendar does not state a year.
- High-season stays must be paid at least two weeks before arrival through a Vipps request. Unpaid bookings are cancelled. Low-season stays are paid at drop-off; cash and payment terminal are listed.
- The provider charges unused or late-cancelled reservations. The booked stay remains payable in full if shortened. Animals are released after full payment. No numerical cancellation deadline is stated.
